type='text'>今天2009/11/09游泳實測1500公尺29分42秒，全程維持50公尺約1分鐘，至1300公尺仍高於均速總合5秒左右，最後150公尺開始衝刺，時間29分42秒。早在上星期三似乎就有29分多的成績，但圈數數亂了，也沒帶手錶測試，就當作沒那回事了。只能游泳，其實還真是有點悶，沒有和別人出去騎車或參加比賽活動的高興感覺，但現在也只能這樣了，從去年開始騎車和玩三鐵，沒多久就搞爛了自己的腳，直到現在依舊時常感覺不適，大概真的傷的很重吧，現在可以跑跳游泳，但已無法訓練，不能虐待自己的感覺真是不好受，有體力，有耐力，就是沒有耐操的雙腳。雖然開始玩三鐵後，游泳方面訂下目標，就是要進入30分以內，雖然一年的努力終於達到目標，卻感覺有點無奈。想到人生中許多的事情，並不一定努力就會達到你想要的成果，有時覺得自己的能力就到這兒了吧，雖然也不是說放棄努力，但努力過後，有些事就看開了，雖然無奈，但就是這樣吧。</summary><link 01:12:15.05 (16名)本來準備了手錶要計時，結果下水不到５分鐘就被踼爆了，大會成績15:12。9/12參加全程賽M30，前一天晚上，已有點呼吸道感染了。Swim 00:30:47(147名)，Bike 01:31(616名)，Run 40分鐘。這也是陪我一年的公路車的最後一爬，隔天就騎去還給朋友了，因為...20090530_新車上路_貓空，前一晚帶著新車回家，這天就要去貓空了，查了一下google map，似乎不是很高，也安全的抵達終點，再騎去貓纜，這是第一次來，還沒坐過呢！接著再去一看阿柔洋，果真名不虛傳，穿著卡踏，連嘗試都不敢，心想只要一失速，就會滾下來了。20090531_大湖公園上五指山 type='text'>第一次看到30開頭，就看到了30分10秒。經過一個多星期的中醫治療，雖然肩痛的老毛病還是在，但平時已經舒緩多了。醫師的針炙，推拿師的拔罐、整，改善了很多以往的不良姿勢及一坐太久的壞毛病，加上現在平時的多活動，至少１個半鐘頭內起來全身活動（真的是從頭到腳），也做一些類似伏地挺身（但比較輕，對著欄杆）增加肌耐力。今天全程保持均速，有注意速度不要下降，1000公尺還未超過21分鐘，當然知道今天會有不錯的成績了，加上一個很厲害的女選手（應該是），太強了，在隔壁水道不停的用各種泳技，還游的比我快，有時還跑來同水道湊熱鬧，她一加速，就可把距離拉開。最後游完1500公尺30分10秒，進步一分鐘，真HI，再跟著她衝了50公尺，還可以追上她，下次找她挑戰50公尺看看。離30大關不遠了，但是想想那些22分~25分的選手，真是變態！！</summary><link type='text'>開心！開心！今天一口氣把泳池中1500公尺的最佳紀綠向前推進１分鐘，從原本最快的32分40秒，推進到31分35秒。今天一開始就保持順暢的速度，專注力全在兩手的放鬆與身體的協調，以及呼吸的配合，前500公尺游完，看時鐘還在10分鐘的不知幾秒，就知道今天會有好成績。之前游完500時間應約11分左右，中間的500速度會變慢，最後的500衝刺，才能游進33分鐘。不過難過的是，前面有一位游蛙式的仁兄（身高應有180吧），速度比我游自由式還快一點點，大概就幾秒鐘吧！但今天是我目前最快的速度了...orz...</summary><link ING路跑也跟著放棄了，然後就到現在了。競賽日期：訂於中華民國九十八年五月十六日（星期六）十二時三十分舉行競賽地點：游泳：花蓮鯉魚潭(單程1.5公里) 　　　　　自由車：花蓮鯉魚潭台九線光榮村 22.5公里*2圈45公里 type='text'>休息一個星期，不敢做任何的練習，單純讓腳練習，並做各種能自己做的治療。感覺沒有很糟，並只打算能完成比賽，不過這不簡單的比賽，還是沒能讓腳好好的結束比賽。自從跑完三鐵後，就再也沒有能看的成績了，這次也是隊裡最後一個回來。第一段跑完開始騎車沒多久，就碰到沒遇過的落鏈，鏈條卡進後輪齒盤裏面，坐在地上搞了一陣子，直到一位好心的參賽者來幫忙，後來也有大會的人員協助處理，兩手黑黑的終於再上路。不過反正也不太行了，腳也快縮缸了，全程把速度放到最慢，慢慢的騎回轉換處，一位大會人員看我用走的，還來問我是不是要繼續跑？害我考慮了一下.... type='text'>雖然腳還是沒好，但是還是捨不得不參加，還有完成的贈品還沒拿呢！這個比賽是８公里的，只打算以腳不會難受的狀態去完成，不過現在平時還好，開始跑步約10分鐘後，就開始會有些不舒服的感覺，要跑完８公里，大概也需要５０分鐘，大概還是很難全身而退，但還是衝了（只是慢慢的跑）。最後完成時，約４７分鐘，６１７名（有看到６千多號，但不知幾個人參加），一開始站很前面開始出發，延路當然不斷的被超越，自己真的跑的很慢，但也只能這樣了，跑完是不會喘的（跑的慢當然囉），不過腳也不是太好，有些痛了，回家繼續治療囉。現在是不斷的努力做治療，酸痛藥布、酸痛藥膏、熱敷毯、電子按摩器，最後又買了＂肌內效 type='text'>5:00天還沒亮，下著小雨，2000人開始出發，說好和的乃菁一起前進，因為只有我有充氣筒，要互相協助換胎，一開始乃菁都騎得很慢，又不讓我騎後面，在14公里處等了一下不算太久就跟上了，就想說到下個點再等，但延路都不慢慢的騎，在約33公里處(花蓮大橋)等10幾分鐘等不到爆胎的乃菁(沒電話找不到人, 回頭也不是)，只好開始往前衝，進第一休息站93km(9:20)，吃了東西也沒休息就繼續趕路，直衝第二休息站139km(11:30~45)，到第二休息站前腳已覺得很不對勁了(更早之前腳好像就沒什麼力了，難怪愈來愈慢)，這時才決定(也沒辦法)停下來休息，看著爛掉的兩腳(兩膝外側疼痛)。無奈的休息了很久才繼續出發，反正再等下去腳也不會好了，離開時約12:00，踩著無法用力很痛的雙腳，用著時速約10~15公里的速度，最後的60公里騎了5個小時，終於在下午5:02分回到終點。很怕到終點後腳爛的更慘, 9月21日鐵人三項標準賽程（51.5公里）標準賽程51.5公里（游泳1.5公里、自由車40公里、路跑10公里）標準賽程(51.5公里)時限：游泳50分鐘、自由車100分鐘、路跑80分鐘，合計3小時50分。M30：30~34歲組（民國63年至67年出生）、(1974~1978)共301~463(163人)成績還沒公佈但大約是2小時55分左右, 42名賽前的一個月狀況不斷，膝蓋使用過度韌帶發炎、頭撞傷、膝蓋撞傷、腳姆指甲撞掉、再被傳染病毒，咳嗽了一個多星期沒有好，然後去給醫生看，說是病毒造成的支氣管發炎，含比賽當天的９天一直都在吃藥。賽前還睡不好，晚上9點多睡著，零晨１點多醒來，吃點東西，吃藥，約２點時要睡就睡不著了，腦子裏都在想比賽的過程，直到４點多睡著，5點初頭就起來做準備了，上廁所，吃東西，吃藥，6點多到賽場做準備。</summary><link type='text'>今天被一台亂停的摩托車害了，因為擋到害我不好牽車，一用力之下，側擋撞到腳姆指，心想不妙，腳伸出鞋子一看，鮮血一直冒出來，指甲大概和姆指分離了。趕緊騎著車直奔長庚醫院急診室，還得好好的找停車位(以前生病急診亂停被拖走過)，停得有點遠，看到騎車的警察，趕緊呼救，載我到了急診室的門口。超躦的急診，人還沒死都得自己先掛號，而不是先處理，打了麻醉後(痛的要死)，將指甲和姆指縫合。這下可好了，都不用練了，繼膝蓋不行了以後，現在才復健當中，現在腳又爛了。這個鬼月可讓我吃了不少苦頭，先是頭去撞到（就不能游泳），膝蓋爛掉（不能跑步)，又膝蓋去撞到（又不能游泳），又手去弄破一個洞（還是不能游泳），再弄掉腳姆指（這下可好了）。我要毀約，不要跟你們賭鐵人３小時內了，好慘的鬼月呀，現在都沒得練了。</summary><link type='text'>2008/08/23的一大早，和小李、小朱去做三鐵組合訓練，先是騎車到大湖公園游泳池，開始游泳1500公尺，再繞行大湖公園，從游泳池門口出發經成功路-&gt;右轉金湖路-&gt;右轉成功路-&gt;回到門口，這樣一圈約４公里，繞行９圈，再騎回去，往內溝跑１０公里。鐵人三項的標準賽程51.5公里（游泳1.5公里、自由車40公里、路跑10公里），游泳50分鐘、自由車100分鐘、路跑80分鐘，合計3小時50分。但是這個１０公里我是沒有跑了，因為膝蓋爛了復健中，因而只跑了一小段意思一下。這個測試已經差不多了，游泳35分以內，騎車１００分以內，跑步...若腳沒壞60分應該可以吧？證明我有能力在３小時５０分以內完成鐵人三項，但總是要求個好成績呀，再努力再努力。</summary><link
